Westaff is looking for 1st Shift Assemblers in the Warwick, RI area for IMMEDIATE HIRE!

Pay: $17.80/hr DOE

Hours: 8am - 4:30pm (Mon-Fri)

Job Summary:

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our production team. This role involves working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment where you will assist in various stages of the production process. If you're detail-oriented and enjoy hands-on work, this is a great opportunity to be part of a dynamic team. Will train the right candidates.

Responsibilities:

Package and label products according to company standards. Inspect finished products for quality and report any defects or issues. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Assembly of lighting fixtures

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions. Basic math and communication skills. Ability to lift and move objects up to [weight limit]. Dependability, positive attitude, and a team-oriented mindset.
