We are currently seeking Production Machine Operators to join the team in our East Springfield Corrugated Packaging facility. We will train the right candidate. Experience is valued.

- An attractive rate of pay reflecting skills, competencies and potential. The range for this position is $16.84 to train, then between $18.14 and $20.30 an hour with an attractive benefits package. This job is located in Springfield, MA. This is a direct hire, we are not a temp agency.
- Help ensure that all company standards and customer commitments (safety, quality, production, cost, on-time delivery) are met

- You must be able to use a tape measure to 1/16th of an inch and understand basic math. Skills will be tested.

- Available to work 1st shift and every other Saturday
- Strong focus on Quality
- Maintain housekeeping excellence- Maintain a clean and organized work space
- Must be able to lift, push, walk, stand, bend throughout a shift
- Corrugated box manufacturing experience a plus, Printing experience very helpful
- Basic English Language skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; college degree is a plus
- Offer contingent on passing background screening, pre-employment physical and drug screen.
