Duties

Operate assembly lines and machinery, ensuring smooth and continuous production flow Use hand tools and power tools to assemble components accurately and efficiently Conduct quality inspections of products throughout the manufacturing process Safely operate forklifts to move raw materials, finished goods, and supplies within the facility Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas to uphold safety standards Assist with inventory management by loading, unloading, and storing materials in the warehouse Follow detailed work instructions and safety protocols during all tasks Support mechanical troubleshooting and minor repairs on equipment as needed Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and improve workflow processes

Skills

Prior factory or manufacturing facility experience is highly preferred Mechanical knowledge to understand machinery operation and troubleshooting Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and forklift operation is essential Strong understanding of assembly line processes and quality control standards Warehouse experience for handling materials efficiently within a busy environment Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately and work effectively as part of a team Good physical stamina for standing, lifting, bending, and moving throughout shifts Knowledge of safety procedures related to manufacturing environments

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
