Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a

Racker/Masker

. In this detail oriented role you will be involved in preparing and masking parts for anodizing processes to ensure proper coating and finish according to specifications. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

In this role, you will assist with assembly processes, and maintain a clean and organized work environment. Your hands-on contributions will help ensure smooth production flow, meet quality standards, and support our commitment to delivering excellence to our customers. This position offers an engaging work atmosphere where teamwork skills will shine.

Duties

Apply masking materials (tapes, plugs, paints) to parts prior to anodizing. Read and interpret work orders, and masking diagrams. Inspect parts for cleanliness and defects before masking. Ensure masking is precise to protect designated areas from anodizing. Remove masking after anodizing and perform basic touch-ups if needed. Follow all safety procedures and company standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, ensuring compliance with safety protocols

Skills

Experience in working in a factory or manufacturing environment with familiarity of masking, painting or anodizing preferred but not required (Training can be provided) Ability to handle small parts and perform repetitive tasks accurately. Strong attention to detail and quality. Understanding of manufacturing processes and safety standards within a factory setting a plus but not required Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Good communication skills for teamwork and following instructions effectively Physical stamina to stand, lift, bend, and perform manual tasks throughout shifts

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
