Job Description
Job Responsibilities
1. Properly place feet of turkey into shackles on a moving line. Birds can be from 8 pounds to 30 pounds.
2. Remove birds with missing parts from the line and place into barrel
Trim UNACCEPTABLE area off the turkey as they go by.
Work in a team setting.
Assist with any other duties requested by Supervisor or Management.
Minimum Qualifications
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. Able to work in a fast-paced area * Abel to distinguish complete birds from partial birds
