The Frame Cell Packer is responsible for setup, start, and maintaining of processes for machines related to production activity.
Responsibilities:
Carry out instructions given by the Production Manager.
Taking lineal raw goods from racks and loading into the stations for cutting.
Measures critical dimensions as instructed or test fits product on gages to ensure product quality and writes measurements on a production report for the supervisor to follow-up and double check product.
Process frames through various machines including welding, drilling, and finishing. Must be able to use trim tools to clean flash off products using provided tools.
Completing tooling changeovers, setting parameters on the machines and setting up the parts to meet required specifications.
Train other operators and assisting where necessary to ensure product flow and output rates are met.
Education & Experience:
Previous manufacturing experience preferred but not required
Requirements:
Physical stamina and agility to stand, bend, and lift items up to 50 lbs.
Ability to be on your feet for up to 8-hour shifts.
Capacity to use hand tools for measurements as trained.
Always on-time and prompt for work hours and have reliable transportation.
Basic reading skills (English)
Must be able to work in a drug and alcohol-free workplace
