LEER GROUP, is looking to fill 1st Shift (Start Time\'s: 5:00AM, and 6:00AM) These Positions are scheduled: Monday-Friday W/ mandatory overtime including Saturday\'s if necessary. These positions are full time for our Manufacturing Production Labor in the Woodland CA, area. (High School Graduates and College Students with Online Classes W/ no experience are encouraged to apply!)

The Department Positions Include:

• Lamination Rolling Manufacturing
• Mold Prep
• Carpet Installation
• Paint Prep
• Paint
• Assembly Production
• Loading/Unloading final product

GENERAL SUMMARY:
A Manufacturing Production Labor Worker will perform various basic and skilled Manufacturing Production Labor tasks and processes to achieve a finish product. The tasks will vary depending on the position in the line.

COMPETENCIES (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES):

• These positions are very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing all day
• The employee must frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 Pounds
• Must be able to work under must whether conditions such as cold, rain, and hot days
• Must be able to work on time and ready to work
• Must be able to demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness
• Must be able to work with minimal supervision
• Must use the assigned Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as: Safety Glasses, ear plugs, and safety glove

EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE:

• High school diploma/GED
• 1+ years of manufacturing experience is preferred, but not required
