Position Summary

Ensure proper functionality of Trenton products by developing, coding, and implementing robust test protocols. Accurately document, manage, and maintain test processes. Assist production with process-related issues to improve system integration

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Develop and encode test scripts that thoroughly and accurately detect functional problems.
• Document test protocols and procedures for new and legacy products
• Creating Test Fixtures
• Perform testing of PCBs and Systems
• Maintain and troubleshoot test equipment and processes
• Assist with root cause analysis to identify corrective actions for products
• Participate in NPI Project Meetings as required
• Creating ESS Thermal Profiles and Scripts to automatically monitor the products during testing cycle
• Provide training to test technicians prior to production phase
• Other duties as assigned

PM21

Required

• BS in Electronics or Computer Engineering or relevant experience
• Minimum of 5 years working experience in production environment emphasize in PCBA Programming/Functional Testing and System Level Functional Testing
• Thorough knowledge of computer hardware and software architecture
• Familiar with various types of test equipment including multi-meter, oscilloscope, Hi-Pot Tester, and Thermal Chamber
• Experience with Windows and Linux Operating Systems
• Experience in Visual Basic, C, Macro Express, Python and BASH Languages
• Experience with quality and industry standards (AS9100, MIL standards, IPC)
• Ability to write test procedures and technical documentation.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively to facilitate best practices.
• Proficient use with Microsoft programs (i.e., Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.)

Desired

• 7 years working experience in production environment emphasize in PCBA Programming/Functional Testing and System Level Functional Testing
• Aerospace industry experience
• Ability to read schematics and assembly drawings
