This role is for our day shift and the workweek will be Monday to Thursday either from 6:00am - 4:00pm or 8:00am - 6:00pm.

The Production Technician plays an active role in daily production of targeted radioligand therapy products in a new state-of-the-art facility in Indianapolis, Indiana. Due to the nature of the process (sterile radioactive drug products) this role requires attention to detail, ownership of the process and understanding of safety and quality standards.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Supports all technical aspects related to production readiness including cleaning and performing sterilization of the isolators using vaporized hydrogen peroxide.
  • Prepares all materials while maintaining material identity in accordance with the batch monitoring system as defined by procedure.
  • Performs detailed setup and preparation of instruments and automated equipment.
  • Performs production of each individual customer product vial in a highly classified isolator cell while ensuring the sterility of the injectable drug product. This includes dispensing vials, removing those vials using a delivery system and preparing vials for shipment.
  • Accurately record data in the batch record and ERP system.
  • Maintains and prepares equipment/environment for use
  • Participation in qualification/validation activities
  • Assist on deviation investigations, audits, and inspections
The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $57,000.00 and $85,600.00 per year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an \xe2\x80\x9cat-will position\xe2\x80\x9d and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

Minimum requirements

What you\'ll bring to the role:

Bachelor\'s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Engineering, Chemistry or related scientific discipline is highly preferred; if the applicant does not have a degree, a minimum of 1-year of experience in a cGMP aseptic environment is required

This position will involve wearing protective clothing and working in a Manufacturing Grade C clean room environment.

This position will involve non-standard working hours due to the nature of these short shelf-life products.
