Position Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated

Production Team Member

to join our fast-growing donut shop. This key role is responsible for preparing for production , mixing, rolling raised donuts, frying, glazing, and finishing our delicious, handcrafted donuts during the shift to ensure they are fresh and ready for our customers each morning. Key Responsibilities:

Prepare doughs, batters, icings, and fillings according to shop recipes and quality standards. Roll raised dough, fry, glaze, and decorate donuts with attention to both appearance and taste. Work efficiently to meet daily production goals and timelines without sacrificing quality. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all health and safety guidelines. Collaborate with teammates and communicate clearly to ensure a smooth, productive shift. Follow all operational procedures and company policies, including those related to food safety and hygiene. Assist with equipment cleaning, supply restocking, and end-of-shift cleanup.

Qualifications:

Prior experience in food production, baking, or culinary settings is a plus, but not required. Strong work ethic with the ability to work quickly and efficiently under time constraints. Commitment to excellence in product quality and presentation. Team player with a positive attitude and good communication skills. Dependable and punctual with a strong sense of responsibility. Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs. Willingness to work overnight hours and weekends or holidays as needed.
