About the Role

We are looking for a Production Lead to drive our production team in a dynamic manufacturing setting. In this role, you will champion safety, promote continuous improvement, and empower your team to achieve production goals.
Responsibilities
--------------------
Promote a culture of safety by enforcing policies, conducting audits, and leading investigations. Empower team members through coaching, development, and resource allocation. Oversee stamping press activities to meet production targets and quality standards. Optimize workflow and manpower to maximize machine utilization. Lead continuous improvement projects to eliminate bottlenecks and enhance efficiency. Maintain accurate records and report KPIs to management.
Qualifications

Required Skills
Demonstrated servant leadership abilities. Experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement principles. Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Preferred Skills
Prior supervisory experience in stamping press operations. Bachelor's degree in Business, Manufacturing Engineering, or Operations. * Experience working with union employees.
