MIASA Automotive is seeking a talented Production Supervisor to oversee our production operations in Yorktown, IN. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency and quality of our CNC machining processes.

Responsibilities:

Leadership & Team Management

+ Supervise, coach, and motivate production team members to achieve performance goals.
+ Foster a positive, inclusive, and safety-focused workplace culture.
+ Provide training, feedback, and performance evaluations.

Safety & Compliance

+ Enforce all company safety policies and regulatory requirements.
+ Promote safe work habits and ensure employees follow proper procedures.
+ Respond promptly to incidents and take corrective actions.

Production & Quality

+ Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily production activities to meet schedules.
+ Ensure quality standards are met and take corrective measures when needed.
+ Collaborate with Quality and Maintenance teams to reduce downtime and defects.

Continuous Improvement

+ Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance productivity.
+ Support implementation of lean manufacturing and process improvement initiatives.

Communication & Reporting

+ Maintain clear communication between shifts, departments, and management.
+ Prepare and deliver regular reports on production, safety, and team performance.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Education & Experience

High school diploma or GED required; associate's or bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred. 2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience in a manufacturing or production environment. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality standards, and safety regulations.

Requirements

Must be willing to work 3-11 PM, including evenings or weekends if required. Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs as needed. Successful completion of a background check and drug screening.
