Job Title: Production Supervisor

Description:

Oversees daily production, logistics, and purchasing operations to ensure efficient, safe, and cost-effective delivery of products that meet quality and schedule requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and manage production schedules to meet customer demand Lead, supervise, and develop production staff Monitor and uphold safety, quality, and performance standards Optimize workflows, reduce downtime, and control production costs Coordinate logistics activities including shipping, receiving, and inventory control Oversee purchasing of materials, supplies, and vendor relationships Collaborate with maintenance, supply chain, and quality teams Track KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards

Qualifications:

Proven experience in production management, logistics, or supply chain Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills Knowledge of lean manufacturing or continuous improvement methods Ability to analyze data, manage KPIs, and solve operational issues Experience with purchasing processes and vendor coordination Proficiency with ERP and production planning systems Bachelor's degree in operations, supply chain, manufacturing engineering, or related field (preferred but not required)
