6 months | Potential for extension or direct hire

Schedule:

Onsite | Monday-Friday (weekends as needed for OT)



1st Shift, but looking for flexibility to possibly assist with off shift in the future.

Pay:

$26-$29/hour | Optional benefits available

About the Role

We're seeking a motivated

Production Supervisor

to join our team in Oshkosh, WI. In this role, you'll lead a team of production associates to ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You'll play a key role in driving continuous improvement, supporting operational excellence, and fostering a positive, "People First" culture across your team.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise 1-2 production areas or processes within the facility. Lead, coach, and support production team members--both in union and non-union environments. Oversee daily production activities to meet safety, quality, and delivery goals. Identify and resolve production issues through root-cause analysis and collaboration with maintenance or engineering teams. Drive continuous improvement initiatives including 5S, Kaizen, and value stream mapping. Ensure accurate documentation of production data, processes, and reports. Reinforce company policies, quality standards, and safety practices at all times.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED. 3+ years of manufacturing or production experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience). Strong leadership and problem-solving skills. Commitment to learning, teamwork, and process improvement.

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior supervisory or team lead experience. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Experience in lean manufacturing, 5S, or similar continuous improvement programs.

Working Conditions

Frequent standing, walking, and reaching. Occasional lifting/pushing up to 25 lbs. Onsite role with standard weekday hours; occasional overtime as needed.
