What You'll Be Doing

Lead daily production operations to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency. Monitor and optimize plant processes to meet production targets. Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams to minimize downtime. Support and coach team members to foster a high-performance culture. Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations.

What Are We Looking For

Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams in a production environment. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Familiarity with cement manufacturing processes and equipment. Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement. Effective communication and collaboration across departments.

Work Environment

This role is based in a cement manufacturing plant and involves working in both indoor and outdoor industrial settings. The position requires walking, climbing, and standing for extended periods, and may include exposure to dust, noise, and varying weather conditions.
