Overview

We are seeking a talented Production Supervisor to join our team at our facility located in Los Angeles, CA, 90024. The ideal candidate will have experience in building incentive-based rates for production, continuous improvement, high-level operations analysis, foundry environment experience, budgeting/forecasting experience, and ISO 9001 certification.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement incentive-based rates for production to drive efficiency and productivity Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and reduce waste Conduct high-level operations analysis to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions Utilize foundry environment experience to ensure safe and efficient production operations Manage budgeting and forecasting processes to meet production goals and financial targets Maintain ISO 9001 certification standards and ensure compliance in all production activities

Qualifications

Proven experience in building incentive-based rates for production Demonstrated success in driving continuous improvement initiatives Strong background in high-level operations analysis Prior experience working in a foundry environment Proficiency in budgeting and forecasting processes ISO 9001 certification experience preferred
