What You'll Be Doing

Lead and coordinate daily production activities to meet safety, quality, and efficiency goals Monitor equipment performance and ensure timely maintenance and troubleshooting Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and reduce waste Maintain accurate production records and ensure compliance with company standards Foster a culture of safety, teamwork, and accountability among all team members

Work Environment

This role operates in a manufacturing setting with exposure to varying temperatures, dust, and noise. Personal protective equipment (PPE) is provided and required.
