General Description:

We are seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Production Supervisor to lead our manufacturing operations in Euclid, OH. The ideal candidate will have direct experience in industrial coatings production, including epoxy resin systems, and will play a key role in supervising day-to-day operations, ensuring quality control, production efficiency, and team safety.

Essential Job Functions:

Supervise daily production activities for industrial coatings and epoxy resin product lines. Lead, train, and motivate a team of production technicians and operators to meet production goals. Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods; coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams. Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory standards (OSHA, EPA, etc.). Oversee mixing, blending, batching, and packaging operations with attention to proper handling of chemicals and resins. Collaborate with Quality Assurance to troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to product performance or consistency. Maintain production documentation including batch records, shift reports, and downtime logs. Identify process improvements and work with engineering/management teams to implement efficiency or safety enhancements. Enforce company policies and procedures to maintain a productive and respectful work environment. Support equipment maintenance schedules and assist in coordinating repairs or preventive maintenance. All other duties as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications:

3+ years of supervisory or lead experience in a manufacturing or industrial production environment. Direct experience with industrial coatings and epoxy resin manufacturing processes. Working knowledge of chemical blending, mixing, and packaging equipment. Strong leadership and team-building skills. Proficient in interpreting batch sheets, SDSs, and production documentation. Strong organizational and communication skills.

Educational Requirements:

Required

High School diploma or equivalent

Preferred

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or equivalent work experience.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
