A Day in the Life

Your day starts with a quick team huddle -- reviewing jobs, celebrating wins, and setting the tone for safety and quality. Then you're out on the floor, checking in with saw operators, CNC operators, hand fabricators and polishers, making sure everyone has what they need to succeed.
You might jump in to coach a new hire, troubleshoot an issue with programming, or adjust a schedule to meet a tight deadline.
Throughout the shift, you balance production goals with mentoring moments -- leading by example, keeping communication clear, and ensuring every top is built to CCS standards. When the day wraps up, you leave knowing your crew got better, safer, and stronger together.

What You'll Do

Lead, train, and support your production crew throughout daily operations. Build a positive, team-oriented culture grounded in respect, safety, and craftsmanship. Ensure smooth job flow through programming, fabrication, and installation. Collaborate with programming, scheduling, and quality teams to stay on track. Coach team members on skills and accountability while recognizing good work. Identify process improvements that make the shop safer and more efficient. Be a visible, hands-on leader who drives performance and builds pride.

What We're Looking For

Leadership experience in

custom manufacturing or fabrication

(stone, metal, wood, cabinetry, or similar). A proven, documented track record of

developing people and building strong teams

. Clear communication and a steady, solutions-focused approach. Understanding of production flow, quality standards, and shop safety practices. Familiarity with CNC or digital fabrication equipment is required. Stone fabrication experience is helpful but not required -- we'll train the right leader.
