Duties

Supervise and coordinate daily manufacturing operations on the factory floor, ensuring production schedules are met with high quality standards. Lead and motivate assembly line teams, providing clear direction and support to maximize productivity and morale. Monitor the use of hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment to ensure safe and effective operation. Oversee the proper use of forklifts and warehouse equipment during material handling and movement. Conduct regular inspections of machinery and workstations to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards. Implement safety protocols in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements; promote a safety-first culture among team members. Collaborate with maintenance teams to troubleshoot mechanical issues and coordinate repairs promptly. Maintain accurate production records, logs, and reports for tracking efficiency, quality control, and inventory management. Support continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing workflow processes and recommending enhancements for efficiency gains. Ensure all team members adhere to quality standards during assembly processes while fostering a positive work environment.

Skills

Proven experience working in a manufacturing facility or factory environment with hands-on knowledge of assembly lines. Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, forklifts, and other warehouse equipment safely and effectively. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage teams in a fast-paced setting while maintaining high safety standards. Familiarity with manufacturing best practices, safety regulations, and quality assurance procedures. Effective communication skills for coordinating with team members across shifts and departments. Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Prior experience with warehouse operations is a must. Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
