As an

Assistant Manager

at Little Caesars, you will have the opportunity to be a partner with us, in helping your restaurant to achieve sales growth and profitability. In addition, there is tremendous opportunity for advancement.

Essential Job Functions and Motions:

- Must be able to see sufficiently to maintain safety and determine product quality, service and cleanliness.

- Must have mobility to get multiple stations within the restaurant.

- Must be able to count, separate and weigh all types of food products and inventory items.

- Must be able to withstand 90 degree heat in the summer and below freezing in the winter.

- Must be able to work around a 650 degree oven.

- Must be able to follow directions and communicate with customers, crew and management.

- The ability to process and complete customer orders on a POS system and finalize credit card, EPay, Android and ApplePay transactions.

- Lift both arms over your head 100%.

- Lift up to 55 lbs.

- Must be able to bend at the waist and lift items off of the floor, and be able to crouch and lift properly.

- Work a 5-8 hour shift without sitting.
