Responsibilities

Support the assembly line by preparing materials, organizing workstations, and assisting with product assembly using hand tools and power tools Assist with inventory management by stocking supplies, labeling products, and maintaining organized storage areas Follow safety protocols diligently while handling mechanical components and using tools tools during production tasks Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals while maintaining quality standards Support general cleaning and maintenance tasks to uphold a clean, safe, and organized manufacturing environment

Qualifications

Previous factory or manufacturing facility experience is preferred but not required; eagerness to learn is highly valued Experience operating forklifts safely is a strong plus Familiarity with assembly lines, hand tools, power tools, and basic mechanical concepts Warehouse experience including inventory management or material handling is advantageous Ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects safely, and work in a physically active environment Strong teamwork skills with excellent communication abilities Mechanical aptitude or interest in developing technical skills within a manufacturing setting
