Strong analytical skills with the ability to integrate capacity, sanitation cycles, labor, inventory, and demand into effective production schedules Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, balancing urgent changes with long-term planning goals Self-driven with excellent time management and organizational skills Sense of urgency and adaptability to update schedules promptly as conditions change Effective communication skills to collaborate with Production, Procurement, Quality, Sanitation, and Logistics teams 3-5 years of production scheduling experience in a manufacturing environment Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; advanced skills preferred Experience supporting continuous production operations * Experience working cross-functionally with production and operations teams
