Cultheir, a luxury artisan furniture and FF&E brand, is seeking a Part-Time Contract Production & Project Coordinator to support global production, client project coordination, and purchasing tasks. This role works directly alongside the Founder in our Franklin, TN showroom (20-25 hrs/week).
About the Role
This is a hands-on support role focused on keeping production and client projects organized and moving. You'll help track orders, communicate with overseas vendors, review shop drawings, gather QC photos, support purchasing tasks, and draft client updates.
This role is execution-focused, not design-focused. Perfect for someone who loves organization, details, and bringing order to moving parts.
Responsibilities
Production Coordination
Communicate with global artisans daily (WhatsApp/email)
Track order timelines and production milestones
Collect QC photos, videos, measurements, and validations
Flag delays and push items toward completion
Prepare validation packets for client approval
Gather weights, dimensions, and packing details for shipments
Project Coordination
Draft client updates and progress summaries
Maintain organized project folders and timelines
Assist with quotes, invoices, and documentation
Support multi-item procurement for residential & hospitality projects
Purchasing Support
Create and track purchase orders
Confirm pricing, lead times, and order status with vendors
Order components/materials needed for production
Keep purchasing files organized and updated
Shop Drawings (Review Only)
Review drawings for accuracy (no drafting)
Flag missing/unclear details
Coordinate revisions with artisans
Maintain organized drawing sets
Qualifications
Experience in operations, FF&E, project coordination, interior design admin, logistics, or similar
