Production Partner - Real Estate Team (Hybrid | Northeast PA)

Location:

Primarily Lackawanna & Monroe Counties (some travel as needed)

Compensation:

Monthly base pay + bonuses per closed deal

Schedule:

Nights & weekends, flexible hours, some weekday training

About the Role

I'm looking for a

Production Partner

to help keep my real estate business running smoothly -- someone dependable, organized, and proactive who can take ownership of daily operations and client coordination. You'll be the right hand that helps bring deals from showing to closing, while learning the systems and strategy behind a top-producing real estate business.

This isn't a desk job or passive learning role. You'll be out in the field, working directly with clients, agents, and investors -- gaining hands-on experience while earning steady income and bonuses.

What You'll Do

Coordinate property showings, inspections, and listings Write contracts, run comps, and manage deal prep Communicate with clients, agents, and vendors to keep deals on track Handle marketing prep, errands, and administrative tasks Shadow and learn the full production process on real-world deals

What You'll Need

Real estate license (or willingness to get licensed -- cost assistance available) Reliable vehicle and availability for nights/weekends Strong communication, organization, and follow-through Comfort with CRMs, email, spreadsheets, and basic tech tools Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and dependable personality

Monthly base + performance bonuses
