Job Overview

We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Packers/Line Production Workers to join our team in a fast-paced fish production facility. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that products are packaged efficiently and accurately, ready for distribution. This position requires a strong focus on quality control and the ability to work collaboratively within an assembly line environment.

Responsibilities

Package finished products according to company standards and specifications. Inspect products for defects and ensure quality standards are met before packaging. Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively during the packaging process. Assist in the assembly of products as needed on the production line. Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Utilize forklifts to move packaged goods when necessary, ensuring compliance with safety protocols.

Qualifications

Previous factory or warehouse experience is preferred, but not required. Familiarity with assembly line processes is advantageous. Mechanical knowledge is a plus, enabling effective troubleshooting of equipment issues. Experience operating hand tools and power tools safely is essential. Forklift certification is desirable but not mandatory; training may be provided for qualified candidates. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately. Excellent teamwork skills with a commitment to achieving production targets in a timely manner. Pay: From $17.00 per hour
