Production Operator

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Operator to join our food manufacturing team. This hands-on role covers the full sausage production process, including smoking and packaging. Responsibilities:

Sausage Production:

- Assist in grinding, mixing, stuffing, and tying sausages.

- Operate and maintain production equipment safely.

- Monitor and maintain records of Critical Control Points.

Meat Smoking:

- Prepare and load meat products into smokers.

- Follow established smoking schedules and procedures.

- Monitor and maintain records of Critical Control Points.

Packaging:

- Weigh, label, and package finished sausages and smoked meats.

- Ensure all packaging meets company quality and food safety standards.

Cleaning and Hygiene:

- Perform daily cleaning of production areas, equipment, and tools following strict sanitation standards.

- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

- Follow GMP and HACCP guidelines.

General Production Support:

- Support team members to meet daily production goals.

- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

This role requires reliability, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to food safety and quality.
