Job Description

Machine Operation & Production:

Set up, operate, and monitor production machinery (e.g., injection molding, CNC machines, presses, robotic cells, assembly lines). Perform basic troubleshooting and minor adjustments to equipment to maintain output and quality. Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions for each production run.

Assembly & Fabrication:

Assemble automotive parts using hand tools, pneumatic tools, or automated equipment. Conduct tasks such as trimming, welding, fastening, sealing, or finishing components as required. Handle raw materials and finished products with care to prevent damage.

Quality Assurance:

Inspect parts for defects using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges) and visual checks. Document quality issues and report deviations from standards to the supervisor. Participate in quality control processes and continuous improvement initiatives.

Safety & Compliance:

Adhere to all company safety policies, including PPE requirements and lockout/tagout procedures. Maintain a clean and organized work area (5S principles). Report any safety hazards, equipment malfunctions, or incidents immediately.

Production Support:

Assist with material handling, including loading/unloading raw materials and transporting finished goods. Support inventory counts and maintain accurate production logs. Collaborate with team members and other departments to meet production targets.
Pay: $13.00 - $13.50 per hour

Expected hours: 66.0 per week
