Essential Job Functions

Operate various machine sections Conduct Set-ups and machine adjustments Operate/ monitor the different support systems Supply raw materials to systems Conduct testing to maintain quality data Maintain recycling centers in the area Assist in all machine startups/lace-ups

Educational Requirements

Minimum education: HS Diploma Must be able to read, write, perform the four basic math functions, and be physically able to perform the essential duties

Work Experience

1-3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment Must have a basic knowledge of 5S

Skills and Abilities:

Adherence to strict safety policies Adherence to the highest quality standards Ability to troubleshoot equipment, raw material & process deficiencies Must be able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to all levels of the organization Must have the ability to recognize and prioritize various tasks/projects at the same time Must be able to work 8 to 12 hours on his/her feet and climb safety ladders when necessary to complete various tasks within the position Must work well with other team members on a team and other teams
