Serve as a relief operator for a wide variety of functions, machinery, and workstations Assist with mill clean-up until promoted into a more advanced and/or specialized role Learn the safe and efficient operation of each machine assigned Comprehend and perform all duties in accordance with rules, regulations and JSA's (job safety analysis)

To be considered you will need the ability to:

Work various shifts, days, and overtime + $2/hr shift differential for qualified night and weekend shifts + Overtime pays at time and a half!
Use motorized equipment, hand tools (broom, shovel, etc), and an air hose Adapt to various weather conditions, loud conditions, and airborne particles (sawdust) as we are working in a loud, industrial, sawmill! Pass a hair follicle drug test, a physical, and a background check

What will put you over the top:

A high school diploma or GED

The Physical Demands of this job include:

Sitting and/or standing for a full shift, reaching with hands and arms, stooping, squatting, bending at the waist, kneeling, walking varying distance, climbing stairs, and listening to equipment.
