Shift(s): 8-hour shift - 1st Shift, 2nd Shift w/ pay differential

Shift Differential for 2nd shift only

Your role

As a Production Operator, you'll be a hands-on expert who keeps our production lines moving, with a sharp eye for detail and a strong sense of pride in building products that protect lives.

What does your day look like

> Manufacture and assemble helmet components and accessories following standard operating procedures
> Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently
> Conduct visual inspections to ensure quality standards are met
> Record production data and report any issues or defects
> Collaborate with teammates and support continuous improvement efforts
> Maintain a clean and organized work area
> Follow all safety protocols and contribute to a safe working environment

Who we're looking for

> You're reliable, focused and take pride in doing a job well
> You have good hand-eye coordination and enjoy working with tools
> You're comfortable following instructions and working to a consistent standard
> You're a team player who communicates clearly and respectfully
> Experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus, but not essential - we'll train you

Work environment

> This role involves standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks
> You may be required to lift up to 25 lbs and wear personal protective equipment (PPE)
> Shift work may be required, including early mornings or evenings depending on production needs

The anticipated salary for candidates who will work in Cleveland, OH is $18.25 + per hour. The final salary offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and years of experience within the job, type and years of experience within the industry, education, etc.
