Work Schedule

12 hr shift/nights

Environmental Conditions

Able to lift 40 lbs. without assistance, Cleanroom: no hair products, jewelry, makeup, nail polish, perfume, exposed piercings, facial hair etc... allowed, Some degree of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) required (safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs etc.)

$21.93/hr starting wage+ 10% Shift Differential + PTO + health and welfare benefits starting day 1 of employment

Operate and maintain sophisticated manufacturing equipment Follow safety and quality protocols diligently Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve issues This role is located in our manufacturing facility in Charlotte, NC, where we produce lifesaving Liqui-Cel Contactors

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Experience

Previous experience in manufacturing or a related field preferred Familiarity with continuous extrusion or textile knitting operations beneficial Experience in collaborating with safety and quality regulations
