Description:



You will be the Production Operations Lead for the Javelin Missile Program. Our team is responsible for delivering world?class shoulder?fired anti?armor systems and supporting rapid growth in domestic and international markets.



What You Will Be Doing





As the Production Operations Lead you will be the central point for Orlando?based production work centers and the program's capital?management effort. You will partner with site production teams, suppliers, and cross?functional stakeholders to ensure every production activity meets cost, schedule, quality, and safety objectives.



Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Establishing and executing detailed production plans, including real?time gamut (RTG) requirements, while managing cost, schedule, and quality. Coordinating with Orlando and key supplier IPTs to secure predictable material supply. Leading cross?functional teams to diagnose and resolve production issues quickly. Presenting routine production status to program and functional leadership. Facilitating the annual Long?Range Planning (LRP) cycle and overseeing capital project authorization and execution.

Basic Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Engineering or other recognized STEM field Experience in or directly supporting manufacturing work centers Demonstrated experience successfully managing projects with multiple functional stakeholders Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint / Excel)

Desired Skills:



Prior experience with high rate production, specifically missile systems or components SAP/MRP experience Experience as capital project owner and/or supporting capital project execution Demonstrated experience with proposal activities / inputs Demonstrated experience interfacing with and reporting to senior program / functional management

Ability to Work Remotely:

Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedules:

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position:

4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
