About the Role:
Join Window World of Rhode Island as a Production Manager and lead our dedicated team in delivering top-quality window, door, siding, and roofing solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to drive production efficiency and ensure customer satisfaction while working in a supportive and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:

Oversee daily production operations to ensure timely delivery of products.
Manage and train production staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.
Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of workmanship.
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely material availability.
Analyze production metrics and develop strategies for continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Prepare production schedules and allocate resources effectively.
Communicate with management regarding production status and challenges.

Requirements:

Proven experience in production management, preferably in the home improvement industry.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control standards.
Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in production.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
High school diploma or equivalent; degree in management or related field preferred.
