Production Manager



Overview:



Coordination and management of all Commercial & Residential projects

Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, subcontractors and fellow employees

Contribute to the successful planning, development, installation and completion of projects

Administrative support to Project Manager, Office Staff and Financial Controller

Responsibilities to Include:



CRM data entry (Training Provided)

Assemble and submit applicable documentation throughout projects

Administrative support duties to include preparing job quotes and estimates, research and inspection information, entering various data into CRM software such as project updates, photos, etc., Purchase & Change Orders, Coordinate scheduling and communications with Project Managers, Employees, Subcontractors, Vendors and Customers. Order, return, and manage project material inventory. Management of crews, customer communication before, during and after installation until project is complete. Preparing and breaking down job site and preforming final inspections of roof and property.

Requirements & Skills:



Bilingual-REQUIRED



Drivers License: REQUIRED



Previous Roofing Experience- 2 Years Minimum (REQUIRED)

Previous experience in customer service.

Highly organized, adaptable, attention to detail, self-motivated with problem-solving skills

Team player with excellent communications skills, both verbal and written.

Previous experience in an Administrative and/or Project Support position.

Confident towing and parking trailers.

Ability to lift 50+ pounds of material for site cleanups

High School Diploma or equivalent

Relevant training and/or certifications appreciated

Job Type: Full-time (Weekend Availability Required) Thurs-Sunday

Pay: 55k Salary plus commission opportunities/ Hourly $30.00

High school or equivalent (Required) College education (Preferred)

2 Years Construction (REQUIRED)
Work Location: Greater Portland/ Vancouver Area
