Job Description
Initiating a search PRODUCTION MANAGER (metal fabrication / manufacturing) for a mid-sized and growing, manufacturer who is looking for an experienced production manager to lead a small/mid-sized team, manage all facets of the manufacturing process and help to better position them to help in facilitating additional growth...position could transition into additional horizontal/vertical career growth opportunities.
Position responsibilities include:
- Manage, lead, mentor and develop direct and indirect reports
- Further implement (and refine) key manufacturing / production metrics to drive and improve performance
- Further implement (and leverage) a lean culture/work environment
- Develop (and manage against) a strategic/tactical plan and budget
- Bachelor's degree (preferred)
- 5+ years of leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of production planning, scheduling, quality control, safety, inventory control, lean/CI/related, strategic/tactical planning, etc.
- Great leadership/management/people development skills/abilities
Salary $100K to $130K, real bonus potential, relocation assistance, attractive benefit package, great culture/work environment and career progression potential.
