Job Description

Fort Wayne Newspapers is looking for a Production Manager to coordinate and direct the entire production process for its packaging and distribution department.

Responsibilities:

Production scheduling to ensure smooth and efficient production of day-to-day operations Allocate and manage materials and equipment to maximize production and minimize costs Manage full-time and part-time employees Implement and enforce quality standards to ensure final products meet company specifications Evaluate and improve production processed to enhance and achieve business goals Coordinating maintenance of equipment Ensure a safe work environment
Qualifications:

Strong management principles to manage resources, plan and oversee operations Leadership skills to guide and motivate production team Strong communication skills Analytical ability to solve production related problems/concerns Attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to organize and execute production processes
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
