What does a Production Maintenance Technician do at Swire Coca-Cola?
Repair and maintain all assets within the production facility. The Maintenance Mechanic must identify, troubleshoot and repair problems that occur in production equipment and processes.

Schedule:
7:00am - 7:00pm (2-On, 2-Off, 3-On, 3-Off, Repeat - Rotating Schedule. OT as needed)
Responsibilities
Troubleshoot equipment problems and perform immediate repairs on production equipment in between shifts and line changes so that variations in product quality don't occur.
Schedule and conduct preventive maintenance to pro long the useful life of equipment. This is done regularly as assigned by the business.
Prior to production changes this employee performs equipment change-overs and production line set-ups to prepare for production.
Overhaul and install new equipment on to machines as directed by the business.
Rebuild, fabricate and manage parts inventory to ensure an adequate inventory
Attend meetings as assigned and assist with special projects and events
Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
High School Diploma (or GED) required or
Equivalent degree/certificate required
Must be able to learn and fully operate assigned production equipment
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must become forklift certified within 1 month of hire
Ability to perform essential functions with little or no supervision
Ability to work weekends and holidays as directed by the business
Ability to lift 50 pounds
