Summary

We are currently seeking a Winder Operator to join our team at Cardinal Tissue LLC. This role is essential in supporting our manufacturing operations and ensuring the smooth production of tissue products. You will play a vital part in our mission to provide top-quality products to our customers.

Hours per week:

36 - 48+ hours a week depending on shift.

Open Shifts:

1st Shift: Monday - Thursday 7am to 7pm 2nd Shift: Monday - Thursday 7pm to 7am 3rd Shift: Friday - Sunday 7am - 7pm ($1/hr Shift Differential) 4th Shift: Friday - Sunday 7pm - 7am ($1/hr Shift Differential)

Responsibilities

Assist in the operation of machinery used in the production of tissue products. Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment to ensure optimal performance. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment. Monitor production processes and report any issues to supervisors. Support team members in achieving production goals and deadlines. Participate in training sessions to improve skills and knowledge related to manufacturing operations.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Basic mechanical skills are a plus but not required. Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
