Position Summary

We are looking for a diligent, organized, hard-working candidate who will primarily be responsible for operations of a chemical tolling line. This individual will also have to manage chemical, fertilizer, and seed inventory within our Primary Fulfillment Center, including inbounding, stocking, picking, shipping, and processing of both raw materials and finished goods.

Responsibilities

  • Execution of production schedule through raw material setup, line setup, line operations, cleanup, and finished good stocking
  • Understand the daily production schedule, escalate concerns or risks of daily plans, and work independently to meet production deadlines
  • Collaborate with onsite leadership and warehouse employees to ensure maximum uptime of tolling line when in operation
  • Full line ownership including preventive maintenance strategies to ensure mitigation of downtime (small servicing, change gaskets, & lubricate)
  • Ability to root cause and troubleshoot production equipment, with experience in fixing minor issues or being able to articulate issues to a outside vendor for resolution
  • Management & procurement of indirect part inventory related to frequently changed production line parts
  • Forklift experience with ability to obtain onsite certification
  • Material handling responsibilities including lifting jugs, palletizing product, labeling, receiving, stocking, picking and shipping
  • Maintain a high level of ownership around building and production line cleanliness through a dedicated understanding of 5S procedures
  • Ability to follow, implement and improve Production Line standard operating procedures (SOP\'s)
  • Unwavering dedication to safety, including application of lock out tag out procedures and personal protective equipment donning and doffing (PPE)
  • Comply with all warehouse rules/regulations, and maintain a focus on Safety and Quality onsite
  • Commit to overall team and company success with a willingness to assist with duties outside of scope as needed
  • Other duties/responsibilities beyond the scope as required to assist team and company\'s overall success
Minimum Qualifications
  • 4+ years of production line operations
  • 2+ years of warehouse experience
  • 2+ year of forklift operations experience
  • Experience in working with and understanding SDS, Hazardous materials and Dangerous goods
  • Ability to get fitted and utilize a respirator along with other PPE requirements on site
  • Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP- Netsuite) and/or Warehouse Management System (WMS- SNAP) experience
Preferred Qualifications
  • Associate\'s Degree, certification, or equivalent in a technical field such as Industrial Maintenance, Mechanics, or Technician experience around tolling operations
  • Certification in Hazardous Material Handling and/or professional Supply Chain organizations.
  • Lean Management, Six Sigma Training or other Supply Chain Certifications (CPIM, CSCP, CLTD).

The following represents FBN\'s reasonable estimate of the US national average base salary range for this role based on market data and placement of internal employees: $25/hour-$28/hour. This salary range may vary based on geography and the higher cost of labor in some metropolitan areas.
