Job Description

The Production Laborer supports the construction and installation of custom landscaping projects, including patios, retaining walls, plantings, irrigation, and outdoor living features. The role requires physical labor, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities:

Assist with the installation of hardscape and softscape features. Dig trenches, move soil, and prep sites for installation. Lay pavers, stone, and other materials under supervision. Plant trees, shrubs, and flowers according to design plans. Load and unload tools, equipment, and materials. Operate small power tools and landscaping equipment. Maintain a clean and safe job site. Follow directions from the foreman and adhere to project timelines. Assist in site clean-up and restoration after project completion.

Qualifications:

1+ year of experience in landscaping or construction preferred. OSHA 10 Willingness to learn custom landscape techniques. Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks. Reliable transportation to and from job sites. Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions. * Team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
