Picture this: a piece of manufacturing equipment isn't performing. You dig in, pinpoint the issue, make the repair, and log what you did so others can learn from it. Next, you move to the bench to assemble mechanical components, then finish the day by helping with inventory counts and material organization--all while maintaining a safe, spotless workspace and swapping ideas with teammates to improve the process.

Your responsibilities

Troubleshoot and repair mechanical problems on production equipment. Assemble mechanical components and systems according to requirements. Uphold safety and housekeeping standards; keep tools and areas organized. Work with team members to optimize production processes and flow. Record maintenance, repair, and assembly activities with accuracy. Participate in inventory management and routine warehouse operations.

What you'll need

Strong mechanical troubleshooting capabilities. Hands-on warehouse experience. Solid mechanical assembly skills. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively. Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail. High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
