Role Overview:

Guide bottling activities to exceed production benchmarks Mentor supervisors, shaping them into exceptional leaders Optimize safety procedures, ensuring OSHA compliance at all levels Drive continuous evolution via capital improvements Enhance product development and integrate innovative equipment Lead quality troubleshooting initiatives with root cause analysis Collaborate efficiently with departments such as QA and customer service Focus on skill development and departmental effectiveness Take on further duties as the role progresses

What We're Looking For:

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain or related area 7+ years experience advancing through bottling or production roles Strong ability to mentor teams within a high-demand setting Deep knowledge of safety regulations, ensuring full OSHA compliance Documented success leading initiatives for continuous improvement Outstanding organizational and strategic planning skills Experience in alcoholic beverages, CPG, and supply chain environments preferred Fluency in both English and Spanish is desirable Capable of working night shifts
