  • Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes across departments, product lines, or facilities.
  • Develop and implement standardized work instructions, SOPs, and best practices to ensure consistency across operations.
  • Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, or quality issues and lead corrective action initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support production, assembly, and testing operations.
  • Provide hands-on technical guidance and training to manufacturing teams.
  • Troubleshoot issues in real time and implement sustainable solutions to minimize downtime and defects.
  • Work with product design and engineering teams to ensure manufacturability of new products.
  • Develop scalable processes and workflows to support successful product launches across locations.
  • Support quality engineering efforts to ensure products meet internal and external standards.
  • Participate in or lead continuous improvement projects involving Lean, Six Sigma, 5S, or Kaizen methodologies.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to maintain product and process quality.
  • Recommend and implement tools, jigs, fixtures, and automation to improve efficiency and safety.
  • Oversee proper maintenance, calibration, and utilization of manufacturing equipment.
  • Research and integrate emerging technologies to enhance production capabilities.

Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • 2+ years of experience in manufacturing or process engineering, ideally in a multi-site or enterprise-wide capacity.
  • Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or similar continuous improvement methodologies is preferred.
Skills & Competencies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Deep understanding of manufacturing operations, process optimization, and quality systems.
  • Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, NX, AutoCAD).
  • Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems and cross-functional production planning.
  • Effective communicator with the ability to train, lead, and collaborate across departments.
  • Project management skills and experience leading complex improvement initiatives.
  • Knowledge of relevant safety and compliance standards (e.g., OSHA, ISO, FDA, etc.).
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, data visualization, and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI).

  • Base Salary $75,000 - $90,000 Depending on Experience
