Department Head

Day shift: 8:00am - 4:30pm. Monday \xe2\x80\x93 Friday, and occasional Saturdays.

Starting Pay: $30-$34/HR DOE

We are looking for an experienced supervisor to help lead our team to success.

Essential Duties:

• Assign daily schedule for each team member.
• Organize daily orders/paperwork.
• Investigate Quality Checks with Plant Manager.
• Properly handle damaged product.
• Prioritize, set, and manage production goals.
• Unload and check in vendor product.
• Monitor inventory levels.
• Maintain a clean and organized shop.
• Uphold a safe work environment.
• Review and approve timecards and time off requests in a timely manner.
• Evaluate employee performance and provide feedback while rewarding and disciplining as necessary.
• Lead department meetings with employees to address various issues/items.
• Champion an overall culture of teamwork and cooperation between locations and departments.
• Demonstrate and uphold Midland Values: Service, Quality, and Integrity.

• Time and Attendance Software
• General Office Equipment

Education and Experience:

• High School or GED required
• 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
• 1 year people leading experience preferred
