Job Description

Boise, Idaho-based home builder Tresidio Homes is seeking an experienced Production Coordinator with a strong reputation for organization, quality control, and attention to detail to support project scheduling, production tracking, and field coordination across multiple residential projects.

Production Coordinator :



The Production Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting Tresidio's production team by ensuring projects are executed efficiently, safely, and to company quality standards. This position provides both office and field support, acting as a central point of coordination across scheduling, documentation, quality control, safety compliance, and performance tracking. The Production Coordinator partners closely with Construction Managers, Customer Service, trade partners, and leadership to maintain accurate schedules, track key production metrics, uphold safety initiatives, and ensure homes are delivered on time and at the highest level of quality. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to proactively support multiple projects in a fast-paced residential construction environment.

Production Coordinator Job Duties:



Generate and maintain the schedules for each project. Maintain and update critical production documents including: Trade Scopes of Work New Home Performance Standards Project Management Manual Maintain and implement company Safety Plan, including regular training with Tresidio employees and trade partners. Track analytics such as: project cycle time (contract to start, start to C of O, and C of O to close), PM project allocation, schedule adherence, etc. Maintain quality control checklist templates on Trello and update as needed. Collect NHO Lists and Upload into the correct project folder. Compile Closings Reports and report low performing trades and suppliers. Update Outstanding Punch List Items in Google Doc each week. Track Construction Manager incentives on each job and send a report each month to the CFO. Follow-up with Construction Managers and Customer Service Reps on vehicle upkeep and cleanliness. Walk homes and attend Pre-Orientations to check quality of homes as time allows each week.

Education:



College degree preferred.

Qualifications:



Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and project management tools used for scheduling, tracking, and reporting construction projects Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, schedules, and production documents simultaneously Excellent customer service mindset with the ability to communicate effectively with internal teams, trade partners, and leadership Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to compile reports and maintain accurate documentation Proven ability to identify issues, think critically, and solve problems in a fast-paced residential construction environment Demonstrated ability to support projects through completion while adhering to defined scopes of work, timelines, quality standards, and safety requirements High attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy, consistency, and follow-through

Experience:



Construction knowledge preferred.

Compensation:

This position includes a base salary between $50,000-$70,000 and profit share. Base salary is DOE.
