Job Description
Position Overview
The Manufacturing Production Associate is responsible for assembling, operating, and packaging products on the production floor. This role supports daily manufacturing goals by ensuring products are produced safely, accurately, and efficiently. No experience is required--training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
Operate production equipment and follow standard work instructions. Assemble parts and components according to specifications. Perform quality checks to ensure products meet company standards. Package, label, and prepare finished goods for shipment. Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe. Follow all safety guidelines and report any issues to supervisors. Assist team members and support daily production targets.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred). Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team. Basic math and measurement skills. Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40-50 lbs. Strong attention to detail and dependable work habits.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
