Westaff is searching for a Production Associate for our client in Woburn, MA





Schedule:



Monday - Friday



7am - 4pm



$18 - $20 DOE





First Shift Opportunity . This role is part of our production team, responsible for general help in both shipping and production of door product .

Duties of the Production Associate:

Assemblers operate equipment to build, cure, process, cut, package, and prepare products for shipment. The majority of, the workday is spent on the production floor Team-oriented environment Performing assembly tasks Utilizing a variety of tools and including welding Working in a team supporting the safety, productivity, and delivery of high-quality products. Constantly demonstrate safe working habits and follow all safety requirements. Examine materials visually or physically to ensure conformance with established standards. Warehouse skills : ability to pack and prepare products for shipping. Use of hand jack and forklift. Lifting at times up to 50 lbs. Basic reading, math, computer, and measurement skills-required Ability to read, understand, and follow both written and verbal work instructions in English-required Welding experience is a plus Must be able to work 40 hours per week, with additional overtime as needed Must be a team-oriented individual who values and supports a collaborative manufacturing environment
