Summary

We are seeking a Production Associate to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in our mission to enhance the beauty and durability of wood products through high-quality manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently. Assist in the packaging of finished products for distribution. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals. Monitor product quality during the manufacturing process. Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment. Conduct basic maintenance on production equipment as needed.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred. Forklift certification is required. Basic mechanical knowledge is an asset. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work effectively in a team setting. Basic math skills for measuring and calculations.
