We're looking for a

Production Associate

to join our team! This is a hands-on role where you'll help keep our production floor running smoothly, making sure quality and efficiency stay on track.

What you'll do:

Operate production equipment and follow daily work orders Assist with assembly, fabrication, or packaging as needed Perform quality checks to make sure products meet standards Keep your work area clean, safe, and organized Work as part of a team to meet daily goals

What we're looking for:

Previous experience in a production or manufacturing setting is a plus, but not required Good attention to detail and willingness to learn new skills Ability to stand, move, and lift throughout your shift Reliable and team-oriented attitude High School Diploma required Drug screen & Background check completed prior to starting
